SAURIN’S Longwarry Food Park has launched a range of dairy concentrates and milk powders. These are suitable for ice cream, yoghurt, food service and other food manufacturers.
These are produced at the company’s fully accredited dairy processing facility. The products from this facility are well-known and accepted in the market.
Longwarry Food Park can produce the following products:

* Higher fat milk concentrates
* Fat filled milk concentrates
* Skim milk concentrates
* Cream and cream blends
* Specially blended milk concentrates like cream cheese and others.
These are produced from milk sourced from the Gippsland region. All the milk supply farms are approved by Dairy Food Safety and milk from every farm is tested every day for quality.
Longwarry Food Park’s processing facility has Australian Quarantine Services and Dairy Food Safety certification. They are also Haccp approved.
