SAURIN ’S Longwarry Food Park has launched a range of beef extract powders. They are used in soups, gravy, sauces, broths, flavours and other prepared foods.
The product can also be tailored to meet specific needs of the customers. These are produced at fully accredited spray drying facility.
BBE 20, BBE 35 and BBE 45 bovine bone extract powders have been released. They are produced from animals born, raised and slaughtered in Australia.
The raw material is taken from animals that have passed AQIS ante and post mortem inspection. It is taken from fat, meat and bone from bovine carcasses from an establishment processing bovine carcases only and the material has been passed for boning at a registered establishment.
It has also been spray dried at an approved spray drying facility.
