The Quick Circuit QC5000 is a standard model in the T-Tech series of PCB prototyping machines and is available in an affordable package.
The QC5000 - XY milling table features a work area of 10”x13” and the standard model includes an 8-23K RPM spindle, cables, user’s manual and start-up kit.
T-Tech's QC5000 enables the user to produce circuit board prototypes within hours. This model’s software controlled spindle speeds allow variable motor speeds between 8,000 and 23,000 RPM, making it an excellent fit for many applications across education, power supplies, analogue circuits and low speed digital.
This system also comes standard with IsoPro software, which enables automatic data conversion from almost any CAD package. The software is designed to be intuitive, eliminating lengthy learning curves for the engineer. IsoPro software also has the ability to import DXF and export Gerber data.
Optional upgrades include 5-60K variable spindle, pneumatic Z-axis, vacuum table, air bearing pressure foot and Trace-Cam.
Quick Circuit PCB prototyping systems are made in the USA by T-Tech, Inc, represented for over 20 years by Satcam in Australia. Ranging from the entry level Model 3000 to the top-of-range QCJ5, the Quick Circuit PCB milling systems allow users to make their own circuit boards quickly and accurately without chemicals, using mechanical machining processes. The PCB prototyping systems are also suitable for producing enclosures, panels, engraved labels, signs and solder paste shims.
All Quick Circuit systems include a fully-featured licence to IsoPro, a powerful Gerber file editing software. Through-hole connectivity can be provided by Quick Plate, QuickPlate2 or thru-hole kits. Customers also have access to a Sydney-based stock of carbide drills, milling tools, consumables and spare parts.
