The Quick Circuit High Speed (HS) model in T-Tech's range of PCB prototyping machines establishes an industry benchmark in circuit board prototyping.
Designed to bring both performance and value to the table, the QC High Speed system offers a range of spindle speeds from 6,000 to 60,000 rpm, affording users optimal performance as well as precision. The HS is able to accomplish traces and spaces as small as 0.004" and meets the requirements of RF and microwave designers and engineers.
The Quick Circuit High Speed PCB prototyping systems find application in high speed digital, R/F microwave, soft substrate designs, and education/ research and development. When combined with the optional pneumatic Z axis, the HS model offers the ideal system for any RF lab.
IsoPro software, supplied with the system is designed to be intuitive to the engineer, converts data from any standard CAD package and performs isolations. IsoPro also has the ability to import DXF and export Gerber data.
Quick Circuit PCB prototyping systems are made in the USA by T-Tech, Inc, represented for over 20 years by Satcam in Australia. Ranging from the entry level Model 3000 to the top-of-range QCJ5, the Quick Circuit PCB milling systems allow users to make their own circuit boards quickly and accurately without chemicals, using mechanical machining processes. The PCB prototyping systems are also suitable for producing enclosures, panels, engraved labels, signs and solder paste shims.
All Quick Circuit systems include a fully-featured licence to IsoPro, a powerful Gerber file editing software. Through-hole connectivity can be provided by Quick Plate, QuickPlate2 or thru-hole kits. Customers also have access to a Sydney-based stock of carbide drills, milling tools, consumables and spare parts.
