  • Combine RF, mixed signal and digital on-chip
  • High Q inductors on-chip (e.g. QL > 40 at 2GHz for 5 nH inductor) 
  • High linearity transistors (e.g. +38dBm IP3 mixers)
  • High frequency Fmax (100GHz on 0.25um device)
  • Integrated EEPROM with no extra masks
