Series N63 belt scale systems from Saimo Technology are specifically designed to monitor production and product stock as well as regulate product load-out in plant and process operations.  

Offering an accuracy level of ±0.25%, the belt scale systems also provide critical information to assist in the management of plant processes.

Saimo Series N63 belt scale systems incorporate the N63 trunnion-type weighbridge, the N60 belt speed sensor and the 6101 integrator.  

The load cells positioned on the weighbridge sense the belt load and transmit the analogue weight value into the 6101 integrator. The speed signal of the belt conveyor is also sent to the 6101 integrator by the N60 speed sensor.  

The totalisation and instantaneous flow rate can be integrated after processing both the signals received by the 6101 integrator.  

Idlers ranging from one to three units are installed in the N63 weighbridge with two load cells mounted in tension offering reliable stability while minimal misalignment will not cause any loss of precision.  

Frictionless, trunnion-type sealed pivots are fully sealed to resist vibration, moisture and material accumulations making them suitable for use in harsh environments.

Steel tubing construction minimises dust build-ups on the weighbridge. High precision strain gauge load cells are installed in tension to support the weighbridge, ensuring minimal non-linear error.

The N63 weighbridge can be installed directly onto belt conveyors with belt widths between 400mm and 2,200mm.  

Placed between the upper and lower belt, the weighbridge needs very little vertical space. The factory pre-assembled unit is easy to install and calibrate.  

N63 weighbridges are designed without moving or easily-worn parts to enable minimal maintenance requirement. The side force and horizontal component force-resistant design reduces belt misalignment problems while the robust tube steel construction ensures reliable calibration with minimal material build-up and zero drift.
