Function/Applications
Stretch wrappers are effective at preventing back strain and injury and decrease the costs of stretch film by reducing the amount of film needed to contain a pallet load. They eliminate the dangerous and time-consuming practice of stretch wrapping by hand.

MANUAL WRAPPERS
These wrappers provide a motorised rotating turntable and a mast carriage carrying the film that is operated manually. Safetech’s manual wrappers use a counter balanced mast to make the manual raising and lowering of the carriage easy.

SEMI AUTOMATIC WRAPPERS
The turntable is motorised as above as is the mast to avoid any manual effort. The operator simply attaches the film and starts the wrap cycle with the push of a button. Variable wrap patterns can be selected.

Film usage can be reduced by the application of a tension stretch force to the film. Easy Wrapper and Lo-Wrapper use mechanical stretch that does not stretch the film as much as the powered prestretch available on the Safetech STP Wrapper
