Single Pallet Dispensers
Hook tyne pallet dispensers incorporate four swing in hook tynes mounted to a hopper that raise and lower with the pallet stack. To dispense a pallet the tynes swing into the second bottom pallet and lift the stack, leaving the bottom pallet free to be removed.
Hook tyne dispensers can accept a pallet stack placed on the floor from one side and dispense individual pallets onto the floor from the other side unloaded with forklifts or hand pallet trucks.
This configuration allows the forklift and pedestrian work areas to be separated

Side Entry pallet dispensers incorporate a pair of telescoping tynes mounted onto the deck of a hydraulic table. The tynes project out to support and elevate the pallet stack.
A wide range of pallet sizes can be handled without alteration to the machine. Loading and dispensing happen from the same side.

Double Pallet Dispensers
Safetech Double Pallet Dispensers allow the user to select from two stacks of pallets. Each stack can contain up to 25 pallets which provides 50 pallet storage in a Double Dispenser.

There are two Double Dispenser Models
Double Hopper
This model enables the operator to select either 1 or 2 pallets at a time. It incorporates two separate pallet hoppers, one for each stack Each hopper can raise and lower independently of the other so that a single pallet can be dispensed from either stack.

Single Hopper
Two pallets are dispensed on each occasion. This modified Double Stack Hook Tyne Pallet Dispenser uses a single hopper to accommodate two stacks of pallets. The hopper raises and lowers to dispense the lower pallet of each stack.

Factories that need to store pallets
Palletising lines using robotic palletisers. Most robots can pick their own pallets from a stack but this can be inefficient. A separate pallet handling system allows the robot to concentrate on the palletising task.
Stand-alone applications where a pallet is dispensed onto the floor. This makes individual pallets available to operators without the need for a forklift
