DC Powered Lifting Trolleys

Safetech's Powered Lifting Trolleys
DC Powered Lifting trolleys offer high capacity lifting, are easy to use and are available in a range of sizes including the powered drive and lift trolley.

The DC Lift Trolley range offers 100 and 250kgs of lifting force at the push of a button. It eliminates the need for manual pumping and provides users with a safe, clean, powered lift that is quiet and suited for areas where hydraulics can't be used. DC lifting trolleys use a linear actuator and a Safetech developed battery box that can power up to 150 lifts per day depending on the lift weight. Large diameter, low friction castors make the DC Lift Trolleys easy to move, highly manoeuvrable and ideal for office or factory use.

The Power Drive DC Trolleys provide users with motorised variable speed travel as well as the familiar powered lift function of the Safetech DC range.

These Australian made trolleys incorporate a smooth drive mechanism developed by Lockwood electric mobility that has variable speed, reverse travel, soft start and excellent stability. Available in 250 kg and 100 kg models it provides users with effortless powered drive and lifting. Suitable for factory, warehouse and office applications it is easy to use and and recharge directly from a wall mounted charger.

Powerlift DC lifting trolleys now offer four models

DC250 - with 250kg of Lifting Force
DCD100 - the double scissor lift option for when a higher lift is required
Power Drive DC 250 - Motor Drive Drive DC 250
Power Drive DCD100 - Motor Drive DCD100

DC Powered Lifting Trolleys Applications

Suitable for all general trolley applications but especially those where hydraulic contaminants can't be tolerated such as offices, vets and medical clinics.
The DCD 100 is ideal for shelf stacking and can be supplied with a deadman switch to ensure safety when used near children or the general public.
With the wheels removed the DC lift trolley can be used as a static lifting platform -see below a dog grooming table
