Differentiating FeaturesBENEFITS OF PALIFTPalift increases productivity and improves worker safety by eliminating the need for bending and stretching when loading or unloading pallets. It is typically used in production areas, at the end of conveyors, in warehouses or anywhere that pallets are being broken down or built up. Also suitable for use with stillages, large bins or stacks of sheets. When building a pallet of goods the pallet height is maintained at a safe working height as the load is automatically lowered. Rotating the turntable eliminates stretching across the pallet. The same principles also work, but in reverse, when unloading a pallet. The effect in either situation is to dramatically reduce the strain and risk to the worker. They have two great advantages over lift tables and other products; they are cheaper and operate without the need for operator intervention. This last means that the benefits of pallet levellers are not dependent on a worker choosing to properly use the equipment.
