SWF has released the CE 201 case erector, capable of erecting and bottom sealing up to 30 cases a minute.
Accommodating many different case styles, including RSC, HSC, AFM, FOL and used cases, the CE 201 can be deployed in industries such as produce, prepared foods, dairy, converted paper products, baked goods, snack foods, meat, fish and poultry.
With an all-mechanical design and multiple case size and style capabilities, the CE 201 features quick case changeovers, which can be done in five minutes or less utilising scaled and pointed adjustments.
Additional standard features include PLC controls, a pressurised hot melt glue system, automatic jam detection, and a double-40 pre-stretched chain with take-ups, taper locks and QD sprockets.
Available options on the CE 201 include UL certification, tool-less changeover, steel casters for convenient portability, remote start/stop, pressure sensitive tape sealing and a power infeed conveyor for greater case blank magazine capacity.
