STENTOFON Communications Australia 's AlphaNet CCoIP (Critical Communications over IP) technology allows individual control centers to support several sites and devices.
With this communication technology, up to 254 AlphaCom E exchanges and thousands of intercom systems can be connected to a control center over the Internet Protocol (IP) network. This means that from a single security post, CCTV cameras, public address systems, and access control systems can be monitored and managed with the push of a button.
This communication technology provides optimal audio quality (15 kHz audio interface) as well as global conference and group call capabilities allowing the control center to connect to remote public address and radio systems.
STENTOFON Communications supplied their AlphaCom systems to the Federal Reserve central banking system in the United States. Thirty-two of the thirty-five Federal Reserve Banks in the United States use the systems for their high-end security communications. The AlphaCom communication systems are integrated with CCTV and access control for a comprehensive security solution.
