OEE measuring systems from SP Software and Automation


SP Software and Automation  represent US-based Production Process for their OEE measuring systems.

The OEE measuring systems do not require any PLCs to be put in place or additional datalogging systems.

The OEE measuring systems performs the following:

  • Real Time machine monitoring with OEE calculations
  • Production data collection and reporting
  • Downtime and reject cause analysis
  • Labour productivity tracking
  • Usage-based Preventive Maintenance Scheduling
  • Visual production scheduling and real time job tracking
  • Connecting production floor to ERP and CMM systems
  • Web-based viewing of production data

Intelligent sensors connected to the machine communicate with a computer running the Production Manager (OEE) software.

In consultation with the customer, SP Software and Automation can find out ways of measuring OEE in their plant. SP Software and Automation have sensors, software and systems that can be used to monitor the OEE of a chosen machine.
