Production Process USA has appointed SP Software and Automation in Melbourne to be its local reseller in Australia for its OEE measurement products, Production Monitor ACE and Job Monitor.
Production Monitor ACE and Job Monitor do not require any PLCs to be connected to the machines.
The MDT (machine data transducers) hardware has inputs and outputs to interface with the machines and have communication interfaces built-in to communicate with the Production Monitor Software.
These software / hardware products are developed for increasing the manufacturing efficiency and allow plants to start at any level and expand the system in a controlled manner to a plant wide LEAN Manufacturing tool.
