SIGMA CCTV was proud to take part of the Security Expo, in Sydney, from 24 – 26 August 2011. SIGMA CCTV took the opportunity to showcase their latest range of security products, particularly their demonstrations on the 4.8.1 Axxon Intellect Enterprise Software, which became a high demand due to the new added features of Forensic Search and Time Compression.
The 4.8.1 Axxon Intellect Enterprise Software features integrated new type of video capture cards, the function has been improved for the Forensic Search System and an interactive alarm handling mode has been implemented. Another new addition was the new search criteria, crossing a crooked line (so called polyline), to the Forensic Search Intelligent Video Archive search system. This allows the user to define a polyline and the direction of the crossing, which then allows the system to find all video fragments that the line is crossed in the selected direction.
SIGMA CCTV’s demonstration of the AxxonSoft’s Face Detection & Recognition software had attracted a lot of interest during the Security Expo 2011. The face detection and recognition software allows users to search in databases of faces, performs face verification, permits access control integration, and has ATM/secure access/computer security additions.
Other than the Axxon’s range of security products, SIGMA CCTV also demonstrated the iDVR stand alone H.264 surveillance DVR for smaller applications. The iDVR is capable of streaming live videos to the iPhone, blackberry and Windows smart phones from the CCTV cameras that are connected to it. The iDVR also supports live viewing from the Internet on the desktop PC or MAC and also includes free Central Management System (CMS) applications.
