Australian distributor of Mecmesin products, SI Instruments , has announced the release of Mecmesin's new console controlled force driven test stand, the MultiTest-xt.
The MultiTest-xt console controlled force driven test stand will be the first product for Mecmesin using touch-screen technology and will involve the development of new software offering new and improved features, including a much more intuitive user interface and the ability to save test routines, which can then be run with only two button presses and load-holding capability.
The touch screen console of the MultiTest-xt force driven test stand has been designed to be simple to use by operators with minimum training. There is instant access to up to five pre-stored tests - each with a customised icon for easy recall.
Test results can be displayed colour coded with additional comments to make interpretation of “Pass” or “Fail” simple, and results can be seen immediately on the screen, printed out as a report if required, or they can be exported for use in other data handling applications such as Microsoft Excel.
The MultiTest-xt console controlled force driven test stand is suitable for most routine production and quality control testing, however If needs change, the testing system can be upgraded to use test programs with sophisticated routines written with Mecmesin’s Emperor Software that features a large selection of analysis options.
