SI Instruments will demonstrate the new TMS-Pro Food Texture Measurement System from FTC, at Foodpro 2005.

The TMS-Pro System makes it possible to gain precise, objective and repeatable measure and texture of food products.

Textural parameters such as firmness, stickiness and hardness are established numerically and graphically for ease of communication and comparison to product specifications.

SI Instruments will be on Stand 5071 at Foodpro 2005, in the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, from July 10-13.
