SES Engineering purchased Linear Bearings on the 1st of January 2008. Linear Bearings was established in 1977 as the first company in Australia to specialise in linear motion products. SES now stocks over 4 million dollars worth of linear motion products and employs over 60 linear motion speciality staff. SES Engineering services every state within Australia.
The SES Engineering range of modular slide units are available in single or multi-axis configurations with either ball screw or belt driven modules. A range of standard rolled and precision ground ball screws, flanged, cylindrical or double nuts can be cut and machined to suit individual requirements.
The company’s range of profile rail guides are available in miniature through to large heavy-duty sizes. Custom guides are able to be cut to length depending on customer requirements.
The linear bearing division also has a large selection of industrial brakes and clutches on hand, including electromagnetic, pneumatic, manual and hydraulic devices in a range of single and multi disc and tooth type.
Gearheads and index drives can be adapted to suit customer motor requirements for low backlash, high precision and load applications.
