The GO (gas-over-oil actuator) range of pipeline actuators utilise pipeline gas as the motive power source and are available from Rotork Australia .
Pilot operated for remote control, the GO range has been proven in the field in numerous worldwide installations. The GO series features scotch yoke and rack and pinion double-acting actuators. With a torque output up to 600,000 NM (5,000,000 lbf-in), the units feature as standard speed control in both directions and a hydraulic manual override. There are low- or high-pressure control logic options.
GO use GH and RH quarter-turn prime movers, with the gas control manifold employing poppet style control valves. With a working pressure up to 105 barg, a manual hand pump is supplied for emergency or local operation.
The GO gas/oil tanks are certified to ASME and PED. The actuators are certified to ATEX 94/9/EC, IP 66M/67M and PED 93/27/EC.
