The Rotork IQ range features a direct drive torque range of 14 to 3,000 Nm. An IB or IS gearbox can lift the torque to 40,800 Nm, while up to 250,000 Nm can be achieved with a quarter-turn and IW gearbox.
With integrated motor control and infrared setup and adjustment, the IQ range also features a set of IQ GUI software to analyse valve performance and plant records. Status reports are accessed by analogue, digital or bus system remote control.
The IQT is designed for direct drive quarter-turn applications. Able to be mounted at any angle, Rotork’s IQT features a double-seal to deny dust and water ingress to the device, even during site installation. The IQT features a torque range of 50 to 2,000 Nm.
With a variable output speed and the option for a multiport controller, the Rotork IQT has been designed to support DC, single- and three-phase supplies. Butteryfly valves and dampers integrate via a self-locking output, removing the need for additional brakes.
