Ross to celebrate 50th anniversary and display new products at NMW
Ross Brown Sales will celebrate 50 years of being in business on stand Stand 4102 during National Manufacturing Week 2007 at the Melbourne Exhibition & Convention Centre, from May 22 to 25.
On its stand Ross Brown Sales will display a range of products for precision pressure measurement and calibration, temperature measurement and calibration and associated data logging, as well as general equipment pressure and temperature gauges.
A selection of its 120V and 240V electric motors, which it supplies to the pool, spa and vacuum cleaner OEMs, will also be on display.
New products that will be on display include manual decanting pumps, the Weicon range of adhesives and technical sprays, Ampla pump controllers and Chatillon force measurement devices.
An initial agreement with Ametek/US Gauge in 1975 has developed into a strong alliance and allowed Ross Brown Sales to expand its focus into the oil and gas industries with a range of reliable precision pressure measurement and calibration equipment.
Through an Ametek joint venture with a Chinese-based company, Ross Brown Sales provides general equipment gauges to OEMs and industry under the RB logo.
Ross Brown Sales employs 26 personnel throughout Australasia and maintains company offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, with agents in Adelaide and Perth. With the advent of better technology and more reliable transport partners, Ross Brown Sales now services Queensland and Northern Territory directly from its Baulkham Hills head office.
The company operates and maintains a NATA-accredited metrology (pressure) laboratory, accreditation number 1808, for the calibration of pressure and vacuum devices from -100 kPA vacuums to 100,000 kPA pressures.
