The DELTA FMS console is a microprocessor based unit that is mounted adjacent to the fuelling point and controls access and delivery of the fuel. DELTA FMS console consists of a user interface featuring a keypad, display and security identity tag reader. The console also provides control and logging of up to 4 hose or tank transfer outlets as well as the optional communication equipment for providing information to a centralised computer system. This can be for example telephone modem, radio or data radio.
Each FMS console can cater for up to 4,000 Users, 4,000 Vehicles and 4,000 Security tags. Multiple FMS consoles can be installed at a single site and share a common communication device if required.
The FMS software allows all fuel issuing transactions to be automatically collected from the remote FMS consoles and provides the ability to view and print numerous reports and graphs including tank balances, user and vehicle usage, odometer discrepancies, cost centres etc.
The system can be customised by the user to suit their exact requirements and can remotely upload and download changes to database information without the need to attend the fuelling point. This information includes User ID, Vehicle ID, PIN numbers, vehicle odometer and engine run hours limits, service details, fuel quantities, to name a few.
