The Heimatec range of VDI toolholders are suitable for use on all CNC lathes in accordance with DIN 69880 and cover sizes from VDI-16 through to VDI-60. Collet chucks all have internal coolant supply with output sizes ranging from ER-16 to ER-40 into which can be fitted both standard and tapping collets (with compensation) in all diameters. Short drilling chucks for diameters 0.5 to 16.0 mm are also in the line-up, with optional internal coolant.
The range is further extended to cover parting-off tools, bar pullers, test mandrels, plugs, setting holders and end stops ensuring that customers can source all their CNC lathe toolholder requirements from the one supplier.
