Vacuum gripper system
ROMHELD Australia will display the Unigripper flexible vacuum gripper system as a working robotic display at Auspack 2005. The display will demonstrate its ability to handle virtually any product or package, in singles, multiples, layers, shrink-wrapped and tetra-packs for palletising, depalletising and general material handling tasks.
Handles multiple trays.
The Unigripper automatically senses and applies vacuum only where it is needed. This enables it to handle boxes, cans, bottles, jars, pallets, pails, slip-sheets, autoclave separators, timber, bricks and barrels, often without the need for any set-up changes.
It is available in a standard module system (SMS) or custom-tailored to the application. Unigripper also comes in specific versions such as LayerGripper, CoilGripper, BottleGripper and the newly released WingGripper which caters for mixed layer palletising formats.
