The module is small, water resistant and is employed with power saving techniques in addition to sleep mode for customers who have assets that are static or in storage for a period of time.
EziTrak uses Global Satellite positioning in locating, communicating, tracking and immobilising the vehicle or equipment over the phone.
EziTrak offers services such as member web-based mapping and trip reporting at call or delivered weekly by email.
EziTrak can be purchased and installed to a SIM card from the mobile GSM carrier and the vehicle can be tracked over the phone. To become an EziTrak online member, the SIM card needs to be data enabled.
EziTrak has proven to be an effective security and monitoring tool. Trip reporting provides usage information, mileage, dates and duration of use. This is ideal for costing or billing customers.
