ROCKWELL Automation has won Support Centre Practices (SCP) certification for the second consecutive year for the company's Australia-based Asia Pacific technical support centre.
SCP certification quantifies the effectiveness of customer support based on a set of -performance standards such as speed of response, direct call connection to engineers and customer satisfaction. To meet the SCP criteria, Rockwell Automation went through a re-certification audit.
The Asia Pacific technical support centre provides telephone and internet support to customers in South East Asia, New Zealand, China, Korea and Japan. It also forms a critical link in the company's global SCP-certified technical support network, which provides 24-hour telephone support from anywhere in the world.
