Rockwell Automation is hosting a Water Industry Forum on 5th May 2011 to discuss significant issues affecting the South Australian water industry.
To be organised in the run-up to the OzWater’11 conference scheduled for early May in Adelaide, this complimentary half day event will give guests the opportunity to discuss, share ideas and hear from a range of speakers on best practices and innovations for automation, information, power and safety solutions for the water industry.
Rockwell Automation is a key contributor to sustainable water management, a high priority issue in dry South Australia.
According to Greg Schultz, State Sales Manager, SA/NT, Rockwell Automation, hosting the Water Industry Forum will help raise awareness of current challenges and solutions in technology while providing an opportunity for interested stakeholders to network and exchange viewpoints.
Focusing on issues fundamental to maintaining a robust and sustainable water management system in a region that relies heavily on limited water resources, the Water Industry Forum will cover topics such as process control and reverse osmosis, condition monitoring, network security and minimising the effects of harmonics in variable speed drives.
The Water Industry Forum will be held at the Hilton Adelaide from 12.30pm on Thursday, 5th May.
Rockwell Automation will be exhibiting at the OzWater’11 Conference at the Adelaide Convention Centre from 9th May to 11th May.
