Rockwell Automation presented with fourth Frost & Sullivan Best Practice Award
In recognition of their performance in 2007 across the Asia Pacific region, Rockwell Automation , industrial automation control and information solutions providers, were given the 2008 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Industrial Technologies Award for ‘Asia Pacific PLC Company of the Year’.
The 2008 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Industrial Technologies Awards honour the performance of companies contributing to industries such as industrial automation, process control, electronics, security, energy and power systems, chemicals, materials and foods industries as well as emerging technologies across these industry sectors.
According to Dave Johnson, Vice President, Rockwell Automation, Asia Pacific Business Centre, with the first products rolling out of their Research and Development centre in Shanghai and Singapore Business Centre, they are pleased to provide Asia Pacific with locally produced technology.
The Industrial Technologies Award is Rockwell Automation’s fourth consecutive Best Practices Award from Frost & Sullivan. Last year, Rockwell Automation were awarded the awards for Brand Leadership and Service Support Leadership in the PLCs Market and Channel Support Leadership in the HMI Market. In previous years, they have received the Customer Service Leadership Award and in 2006, CEO, Keith D. Nosbusch, was awarded with the CEO Lifetime Achievement Award in the Industrial Automation and Control Space.
