The Bulletin 1607-XT product line of ArmorPower On-Machine Power Supplies from Rockwell Automation provide 24VDC directly where it is needed on the machine eliminating the need to use a traditional enclosure. These power supplies come in 50W and 100W models and use a fully connectorised wiring technique. They also have a wide range of input voltage from 100 through to 240VAC and 24VDC output.

They are ideally suited for combining with Rockwell's On-machine I/O devices, for example the 1732 ArmorBlock I/O, the 1738 ArmorPoint I/O and the 1792 ArmorBlock Maxum I/O. ArmorPower are very resistant to harsh environmental conditions and all models are vacuum encapsulated in potting material to help provide maximum resistance to shocks, vibrations and humid conditions. This potting material is also thermally conductive which aids in pulling heat away from sensitive electrical components.
