ROCKWELL Automation has released the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 800F 22mm push button line. It offers reliability and protection in a flexible, easy-to-install design. It meets the performance and durability requirements of most manufacturing applications.
It has a normally closed contact. If the contact comes off for any reason, the whole process shuts down. The constant energy design of the push buttons helps protect against power interruptions caused by vibrations or bumping while a self-monitoring contact block can be provided for emergency stop protection.
The 800F line offers increased switching safety by using rigid teeth inside the selector switches to provide positive detent. This helps ensure that the teeth will not hang up between positions.
The push buttons are available in a selection of plastic and metal operators. They incorporate a variety of back-of-panel (latch, contact block and LED) components, designed to fit both space and application requirements. The flexible design permits easy changing of operator and back-of-panel components.
The 800F presents a simple one-person assembly process for faster, more cost-efficient installation. Dependable sealing techniques provide the line with increased protection and corrosion resistance for IP65/66 environments.
