COMPLETE Automation on the Move -- Rockwell Automation’s free seminar and exhibition -- is returning in June 2002.
Working to the theme ‘Automation e-volution’, this year’s event will provide visitors with a first-hand opportunity to learn of the latest directions in automation technologies and the role they play in realising practical e-manufacturing solutions.
Exhibits and presentations will include those from Rockwell Automation as well as a wide range of the company’s Encompass Partners, including Accu-Sort, Festo, Fluke, ProSoft, Endress + Hauser, Mettler-Toledo and Hardy Instruments.
According to Rockwell Automation marketing manager Noel Platt, multi-vendor solutions will play a central role in bringing e-manufacturing to Australian factory floors.
“Today, industry is demanding complete e-manufacturing solutions that not only feature ‘best-of-breed’ technologies, but which integrate these technologies seamlessly and rapidly into any plant,” Platt said.
The seminar/exhibition will comprise three streams of technical sessions on the hour, every hour, together with product displays from both Rockwell Automation and its partners.
New to the 2002 event will be the Rockwell Software pavilion, providing attendees with the opportunity to explore the latest developments from Rockwell Software.
Also new will be the Safety pavilion displaying the latest technology and developments from the A-B Guardmaster range of safety products.
Complete Automation on the Move will kick off in Adelaide on June 25-26 at the Adelaide Convention Centre, followed by the Brisbane event on July 17-18 at the Brisbane Convention Centre, and finishing in Melbourne on August 7-8 at the Melbourne Park Function Centre. Rockwell Automation 03 9896 0228.
