140UE moulded-case circuit breakers from Rockwell Automation

Delivering flexibility and space-savings, Rockwell Automation's new range of Allen-Bradley 140UE moulded-case circuit breakers (MCCBs) is a good choice for a multitude of switch gear applications.

Comprising a comprehensive selection of International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC)-rated frame sizes and current ranges, these versatile distribution circuit breakers are ideal for OEMs and contractors.

The Allen-Bradley 140UE MCCB family is also suited to small panel builders requiring standalone protection, distribution, and switch devices at machine front-ends.

The compact, space-saving design of the Allen-Bradley 140UE MCCB family results in a total footprint that is up to 40% smaller than comparable current rated products.

Part of the Allen-Bradley Modular Control System (MCS) Plus range, the 140UE MCCB family incorporates frame sizes H, J, L, M and N, with current ranges 16-160A, 20-250A, 200-630A, 300-800A and 600-1250A respectively.

Thermal-magnetic trip types are available in H, J, L, and M frame sizes, and electronic trip types are available in J, L, M and N frame sizes.

All models are available in both 3- and 4-pole versions, with the exception of the M frame size, which is only available as a 3-pole version. All devices in the 140UE range meet the Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear IEC 60947-2 standard.

A comprehensive range of internal accessories is also available for the Allen-Bradley 140UE MCCB family including trip alarms, auxiliary shields, under-voltage release and shunt trips. All internal accessories are easily field-installable.

A range of external accessories includes plug-in adapters, terminal lugs/covers and motor operators. All Allen-Bradley 140UE MCCBs feature a rotary operating mechanism that is fully IP66 enclosure-rated, plus flexible cable operating mechanisms.
