ROBOTUNITS has released a modular automation system, based on an aluminium extrusion system which uses a play-free and form locating connection technology, guaranteed to be unaffected in applications with extreme shock-loading and vibration.

Robotunits also manufactures a range of linear units, belt conveyors and safety guarding. In order to satisfy the ever-increasing demand for flexible and simple assembly methods in the areas of safety screening and guarding, Robotunits has introduced Panel Profile. This two-piece profile can retain guarding panels from 1mm to 8mm thick. It can be assembled WITHOUT the need for disassembling the guard or machine frame.
A wide variety of panel materials can be used including polycarbonate, acrylic and compressed foam. This provides customers with maximum flexibility during the design and specification phase of the guarding project.
