Robotunits offers the Australian machine building market a modular automation system, which is also a quick and efficient extrusion sorting system.

When customers order their aluminium extrusions for machine building from Robotunits they are not just getting the material. The customer will receive the aluminium extrusions cut to the required length, tapped on both ends ready for assembly, and labeled for ease of sorting.

Tests have shown that with a palette of extrusions, it is possible now to save as much as 30 minutes, simply because the customer no longer needs to measure each individual extrusion in order to determine the correct position of assembly.

The extrusion labeling system from Robotunits tells the customer the extrusion part number, the extrusion length, the order number, and if necessary a position number relating to a drawing, all resulting in time-winning for the customer. This time saving philosophy is applied to all the products available from Robotunits, including belt conveyors, timing belt conveyors, linear motion units, safety fencing, and the aluminium extrusion construction system.
