Ripcap Closure Systems has been taken over by Finn-Korkki Oy offers offset metal lithographic printing of RingCrown bottle closures and metal printings.
This offset metal lithographic printing method used by Ripcap Closure Systems which is taken over by Finn-Korkki Oy is ideal for producing RingCrown steel bottle closures, plate metal signage and also biscuit tins. This lithographic plate is used in offset press to print various colours of RingCrown bottle closures.
The printing is carried out in silver coloured tinplate with help of offset method. For printing materials using four colours tiff file format is required. The original materials used include CorelDraw 8.0 vector graphic, freehand 9.0, CD-rom, illustrator 7.0 and PDF format. The opaque ink colours are used for printing materials on paper and for printing in metal, transparent inks are used.
Metal printings are also carried out by Ripcap Closure Systems which has been taken over by Finn-Korkki Oy. Wide ranges of metal products are used for printing such as tins for candies and cookies, metal plates and outdoor candles. These are printed along with the production as well as identification information. Metal printings from Ripcap Closure Systems are attractive and come in eye catching designs.
