Richmond Wheels and Castors
offers a wide range of welding rotators to cover comprehensive rotary application requirements.
Traditionally used in the pipeline industry for welding together lengths of pipe as well as pressure vessel fabrication, pipe painting and coating applications, the rotators from Richmond are available in a standard range of conventional and self adjusting rotators with capacities from 2000kg to over 80,000kg.
Richmond offers rotator solutions to suit requirements as diverse as mining trommel systems, fabrication assembly lines of oil and gas components, sand blasting and even for outdoor applications.
The rotators are supplied in a wide range of customised options to suit specific application requirements. Rotators are available with customised gearing ratios, added castors or track wheels for handling or with adjustable positioning. Driven and idler rollers can be supplied in standard non marking polyurethane, rubber or steel. The roller’s width and diameter can be altered if required to suit overall height requirements. Specialised features can also be customised to fit onto, or to work with the rotator system.
Richmond rotators can be incorporated into almost any rotary application that may previously have required an expensive completely custom made drive system, helping to reduce cost and manufacturing lead time.
Richmond offers driven and idler rotator units, which can be supplied as kits or as a combination of driven and idler units.
