RICHMOND Wheel & Castor Co has released a new range of mobile pallet tilting hydraulic units. The machines are available in manual and battery powered versions.
They have many ergonomic and safety features to make them ideal load/unload workstation companions.
The pallet tilter is capable of loading and unloading containers up to 800mm wide with safety and ease.
Richmond is a family-owned company established in 1958. For more than twenty years the company manufactured and designed hydraulic pallet trucks, battery and electric stacking machines, trolleys and trailers, for various materials handling applications.
The equipment required wheels, castors, rollers, and axles, etc, and by 1985 they had become the predominant sector of the business. As a consequence, Richmond has the largest available stock of wheels and castors in the Southern Hemisphere.
Many requirements for industrial wheels castors and rollers lie outside the scope of any catalogue. From hardened railway wheels for brick kilns, to high speed, anti-static wheels for mail sorting machinery.
Richmond makes castors up to 10-tonne capacity, and wheels to 650mm diameter. The company can manufacture to client specifications or provide concept and design, all within ISO 9001 Standards.
The capacity to supply these project solutions begins with experienced staff working with the CAD team and utilising plant which includes CNC machinery, robotic welding, plastic injection moulding, polyurethane moulding and metal stamping and fabrication.
