Rhinothane is a brand of a Rhinoflex Pinch Valves Sleeve. It consists of a blend of specially formulated Polyurethane, used in the manufacture their sleeves. Features of the polyurethane sleeves include:

Polyurethane, as a modern hi-tech material, has excellent abrasion resistance and has out performed ordinary rubbers in demanding applications sometimes by a factor of as much as 8 to 1. For applications in which wear is a problem, replacing existing sleeves, with ones made out of polyurethane can reduce the frequency of replacement. This means less down time and greater productivity.
