UMI Kaizen Zushi, a beautiful new sushi restaurant has recently opened at shop 1, lower ground floor in Haymarket’s Sydney central building at 477 Pitt St.

UMI Kaizen Zushi sushi restaurant provides a stunning visual display for patrons with a 9 metre long tropical fish tank surrounded by stunning décor and a 38 metre long Modu Sushi conveyor supplied by Infovision Consulting Group .

The restaurant provides a large variety of different foods and offers an open, spacious outlook with plenty of uncluttered space to relax in while enjoying the exceptionally fine foods.

The Modu Sushi conveyor was designed to suit the shape of the building and to give effective use of room and also to the largest possible kitchen area.

According to Infovision Consuming Group, the Modu Sushi conveyor it supplied is the largest in Australia and is built to the highest possible food grade standards and has an attractive mirror finish stainless steel frame which adds to the look and presentation of any restaurant.

Some of the standard features that are supplied with the Modu Sushi conveyors are poly carbonate stickers that are placed on the conveyor chain and are printed with the clients’ restaurant name to make it more personalised.
