According to A.S.K.E.D., there is a standard design that will suit any site of 60 to 70 square metres with a sushi train fitted of 23 metres long with seating for 30 people. This size is selected as it is an effective size in order for the restaurant to be profitable.
The Off the plan designs for the Sushi Restaurants come complete with a 23 meter long MODU Sushi Train Conveyor mounted on a counter with sushi stools surrounding the train. Sushi plates and covers, cooking equipment gas or electric depending on site, ventilation systems, air-conditioning, fridges, micro wave, dish washing facilities, rice mixing robot, storage , stainless steel benches, wash sinks, cash registers, signage, electrical wiring and lighting and all council approvals are provided by A.S.K.E.D.
According to A.S.K.E.D., they have many sites around Australia that can be offered for (Off the plan) Sushi Restaurants but if the client has a site they can work on it also. A.S.K.E.D is just like a project home builder that will build on the client’s site or the site can be supplied.
