Renz Masterbind customers can now search and retrieve product information easily from the new website officially launched.
The new site is designed for ease of use, with customers able to quickly find and drill down into the product areas they are interested in within 2-3 mouse clicks. The site also includes a secure customer login where registered customers will be able to complete and manage their orders online.
The site offers a range of information services including: search for products and information, view product images, download brochures, request information, print product information, book a service or repair call, customer account management.
According to Renz, it has put a lot of effort into this project. Renz believes that these days, many equipment customers are doing their initial product research online when it is convenient to them and if you do not have a good internet presence you miss out.
Renz is confident that its products outshine the competition in quality, reliability, ease of use, length of service and value for money. The new website will help make sure Renz is included in customer’s evaluations.
Phase two of the website will provide online ordering of consumables and is expected to be available in November.
