Fein will exhibit the new Grit GX and GI belt grinders on stand 5116 during National Manufacturing Week 2007 at the Melbourne Exhibition & Convention Centre, from May 22 to 25.
According to Fein, the Danish-built Grit GX and GI belt grinders range has a new look and solid construction. Optional pipe notching and centreless grinding modules provide a heavy-duty modular system that adds value to any manufacturing environment. The optional pipe notching and centreless grinding modules offer high levels of robustness, power and efficiency.
Also on display will be the Spanish-built Cevisa plate beveller, which uses a low-speed rotating milling action to bevel steel plates, metal stripes or pipes. The beveller is designed to pull itself along as it works.
The bevelling action is without noise, and it is possible to turn the Cevisa upside down and put it on the edge of the underside of the plate so that both sides of the plate are bevelled. The size of the bevel can be easily changed.
Fein Power Tools is one of the oldest power tool companies in the world. Fein Power Tools specialises in the engineering and manufacturing of power tools to meet the heavy-duty demands of the metal industry.
