Enterprise Connect to showcase services at Reed Exhibitions’ QMan
Enterprise Connect, a new $251-million Australian Government initiative, will be showcasing their services on Stand 2208 at this year’s Queensland Manufacturing Technology Exhibition (QMan). QMan is conducted by Reed Exhibitions . Senator Kim Carr, Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research had launched the Queensland Enterprise Connect Centre at the Brisbane Technology Park in Eight Mile Plains. This was developed to create a national network to help small and medium-sized enterprises.
Enterprise Connect's representatives will be present at QMan to explain the initiative, which is designed to give businesses access to ideas and technologies to boost productivity and increase competitiveness. A core service of Enterprise Connect is to provide business reviews, which are conducted by experts and independent business advisers, to eligible companies.
Eligibility requirements for a business review will be explained by Enterprise Connect as well as the facility for Enterprise Connect to reimburse half the cost up to a maximum of $20,000 to engage a consultant for delivering a Tailored Advisory Service.
Paul Baker, Exhibition Manager at organiser Reed Exhibitions, has said that Enterprise Connect’s involvement in QMan underlined how valuable the exhibition was to Queensland manufacturing. This exhibition is suitable for individuals working in the manufacturing industries as they would get ideas on latest innovations as well as technologies utilised in the manufacturing sectors.
Key exhibitors who have attended QMan include Advanced Robotic Technology, Blackwoods, Leap Australia, Multicam Systems, Product Lifecycle Management, Robotic Automation, Shaw Machinery and Treotham Automation.
