RedPrairie have announced that The Farmers Trading Company have selected RedPrairie’s workforce management solution to maximise service delivery and productivity across the company’s 58 stores. With up to 4000 employees during peak periods, Farmers Trading Company have already begun implementing the solution’s time and attendance module, and plans to take a phased approach in rolling out scheduling going forward.
The Farmers Trading Company employ a variety of store formats, spanning ‘full range’ department stores to smaller formats offering edited ranges of products. To ensure Farmers Trading Company are able to meet and grow their capabilities around their service and value proposition, it was important to implement a workforce management solution that could manage the execution of complex and diverse operations.
