RedPrairie’s Performance Management (RPM) system introduced in South East Asia

The new business intelligence (BI) product will provide analytic foundation and advanced scorecarding for new clients in Thailand.

RedPrairie , providers of consumer-driven optimisation solutions, have announced that they have released and sold their business intelligence (BI) system, Performance Management, into South East Asia.

PTT Retail Management, formerly known as Conoco (Thailand), is a division of Thai state-owned oil and gas company, PTT Plc. PTT Retail Management own and operate petroleum stations and convenience stores under PTT and JIFFY brands and have purchased the software to be rolled out in the coming months. This is RedPrairie’s first Performance Management sale outside North America.

This move forward is a part of RedPrairie’s larger strategy to expand ever further into the Asian marketplace as said by Kim Eaton, RedPrairie EVP of Field Operations.

RPM is a web-based analytical solution that monitors, analyses, and reports on key performance indicators driving an organisation’s success. The system allows companies to focus on areas of opportunity within their organisation, enabling executives to monitor planned business volumes, and adapt to change in a timely manner.

The solution has benefited several RedPrairie customers in North America and it will continue to do so with overseas clients. This solution will also provide an unparalleled level of business growth for PTT RM.
