RedPrairie, a leading consumer driven optimisation company, has announced that Duane Reade., a leading drug store in New York’s metropolitan area, will implement RedPrairie’s Workforce Management application.
The RedPrairie solution will provide Duane Reade with greater customer service by aligning customer traffic with employee scheduling.
Duane Reade will implement RedPrairie’s workforce management application, including optimised forecasting/scheduling and time and attendance modules.
