Boston Market selects RedPrairie’s Site Operations and Performance Management Solutions


RedPrairie  has announced that Boston Market Corporation has selected its Site Operations and Performance Management solutions for Food Service.

The solutions will help Boston Market gain a single, chain-wide window into all aspects of site operations, including labour scheduling, time and attendance tracking, recipe management, inventory management, key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring, and business analytics.

Boston Market currently utilises a legacy RedPrairie solution to run its 590 company owned locations, and will move to RedPrairie’s hosted service model when it implements the new solutions.

“We selected RedPrairie because they have the breadth of product, food service and workforce management expertise to handle a large scale project such as ours,” said John Jones, Vice President of Operations Systems for Boston Market Corporation.

“The implementation of RedPrairie’s solutions will ensure that our management teams are afforded the most timely and accurate information needed to supply and staff each location to best service our extremely valued customers.”

RedPrairie Site Operations for Food Service, formerly known as Bluecube Enterprise, impacts virtually all site-based operations-related functions including inventory management, cash management, learning management, employee scheduling and time & attendance.

RedPrairie Performance Management for Food Service is an analytic reporting solution that integrates with and leverages the wealth of existing information from RedPrairie’s Site Operations application and seamlessly synchronises it with warehouse data, internal KPI’s as well as industry benchmarks.
