C Series General Purpose Hose Reels
The C series has been design as a stripped down version of the T series offering quality at an affordable price with features and benefits that you have come to expect of ReCoila. This rugged down and dirty hose reel will handle a multitude of hose sizes, lengths and pressures.

Ball bearing main axel bearing offer smooth and reliable rotation, while the adjustable friction brake allows you to add or remove friction to prevent over spooling and the positive lock pin lock holds the spool fixed and transit.

The open spool design allows air flow to help dry out wet areas and allows for easy cleaning. The bolt together frame and spool offers easy access for maintenance and service as and when required.

The modular design of the C series also allows the user to add or change drive systems at a later date with a simple bolt on feature.

Recoila, Australia's premier manufacturer of hose reels for over 25 years, has released a full range of Australian made heavy duty steel hose reels.

The T series is designed to handle hose diameters from 3/8" to 2" with lengths up to 300m. The T series is available in electric rewind 12 and 24 VDC, air drive, hydraulic drive, electric rewind 240 and 415VAC as well as hand crank, bevel crank and hand over hand rewind options.

Features of Rewind Steel Hose Reels
The T series of hose reels has been designed with real features that result in improve functionality, operator appeal, extra life expectancy and reliablity.

Hose reels for manual rewind options and powered rewind systems are ideally suited to refueling applications, propane delivery and fire fighting.

Hose lenghts up to 300m
Hose diameters 3/8" to 2"
Working pressures standard at 800 psi with options to 10,000 psi
Optional construction materials such as aluminium, 316 stainless steel or carbon steel
Optional finishes such as colour coding to your choice, two pack paint, powder coat and hot dip galvanised
Stainless steel fasteners used where applicable
Stainless roller guides with ball bearings for smooth trouble free action
Full flow fluid paths and straight through swivels
Solid 25mm stainless main axel with ball bearing pillar block support bearings
Option bevel crank can be engaged or disengaged when no in use to reduce wear, noise and friction
Adjustable friction brake tp prevent overspooling
Heavy duty spring loaded pin locks to lock the spool in transport
Welded frame and spool construction for maximum strenght and rigidity
Profiled tangent from the goose neck to the spool reduces strain on the hose as it is wraped around the drum
Direct drive gear drive no chains or sprockets
Rewind speeds consistant with acceptable liner travel speeds
Two year comprehensive warranty
