RapidPro  provide quality prototypes and offer solutions for end use parts with the help of their fused deposition modelling (FDM) technology. The FDM technology gives manufacturers the accuracy they need to create large, complex projects.

The full scale custom motorcycle developed by RapidPro comprises of 190 parts that fit well. Its wheels turn, handles twist and lights illuminate.

The motorcycle is built using ABS M30 high strength production grade material and is proof positive. The thermoplastics can give manufacturers the durability they look for in quality production parts.

With the help of RapidPro’s ability to streamline the digital manufacturing process, Autodesk have made it possible for users of AutoCAD to "3D print" end use parts directly from their design software through RedEye on Demand. The users can now see their 3D images on their flat screens and can print them to a digital manufacturer and receive their 3D products quickly.
