Objet technology
Objet technology

Architects are building architectural models with objet technology, which is available from RapidPro as it offers increased fine feature details and leads to short production time.

Earlier, architectural firms had been reluctant to use 3D printing as they feared that the scale would not be accurate. However, 3D printing produces accurate scale models quickly. Building directly from CAD files, architects can choose what level of detail to include from facade only to every room in the building, with a removable roof, or without. Rapid prototyping saves time and money for businesses. Rapid prototyping is suitable for topographical maps using full colour 3D Printing and buildings or homes utilising fine features.
